Why we stopped doing booked calls, and started building the system inside your agency
Our offer was different before a while back. We'd book sales calls onto your calendar. Pay-per-call, done-for-you. We'd do it all.
It worked. We booked countless sales calls for agencies across blue collar, e-com, medical, and other niches. Some of those agencies scaled drastically and added $50k/mo to $247k/mo. And some didn't. And after enough cycles of watching what happened post-delivery, we changed the offer entirely.
The problem with selling booked calls in isolation
If we booked you 100 calls and your sales process wasn't ready, the calls didn't matter. If you weren't asking the right questions, didn't have enough frame, were letting the prospect lead, were giving up after one objection, the call volume wasn't that useful. Conversion sat where it sat regardless of whether we put 20 calls on the calendar or 200.
Sure, you may sign 1 client from 20. But realistically, you should have a 25% close rate.
The same was true in the other direction. If your offer wasn't tight, your niche was scattered, or your show-up rate was sitting in the 30s/40s, no number of calls would fix the underlying problem. We were selling calls. The agency wanted to scale. Those are not the same thing.
The honest version of what we were watching was this: the agencies that succeeded with the booked-call offer were the ones whose sales side was already strong and had EVERY other puzzle piece of their agency dialed in. We were the last 20 percent of their growth. The agencies that struggled with our offer were the ones who needed help with the other 80 percent. And we weren't selling that.
(Sometimes, we'd help for FREE with the other 80%, and those clients would start to actually sign clients. Because we tweaked their offer, edited their script, helped with their show-up process, etc.)
What changed
So we stopped doing booked calls as a service. We changed it to a 90 day build inside your agency. We come in, install the full acquisition system (WhatsApp ad funnel, AI dialer, warm and cold calling setup, scripts, CRM, training, etc.), and then we train your team on every other piece. Offer. Niche. Guarantee. Show-up rate. Service/niche. Unique mechanism. The pieces that determine whether the calls we book ACTUALLY convert.
The fee is a single number, not a monthly retainer. The contract is three months. Your team runs the whole thing without us. We're not your outsourced marketing department forever.
(Although, some clients come back for us to scale it for them.)
The mission is the opposite: marketing agencies should own their marketing in-house, not rent it from a guru or an agency or a course indefinitely.
The math behind the change
The pay-per-call model rewarded us for booking calls. The new model rewards us for building something that can actually generate revenue for the agency, because the testimonials, the case studies, and the referrals all depend on whether the system kept producing after we left. If the agencies we work with can't run the system in-house, we can't get the kind of results we want to be known for.
It also changes what we look for in a prospect. We don't take agencies who just want a vendor. We take agencies who want to learn the work, build the asset, and own it permanently. The clients who win with this offer take action, do the warm and cold calls, let us change their offer, trust the process. The clients who struggle want a guarantee instead of doing the work themselves.
