Program description

IndivMedia Appointment Reminders is a transactional SMS program operated by IndivMedia LTD. The program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and appointment-related follow-ups to people who book an appointment with IndivMedia and separately opt in to receive SMS.

Consent

By selecting the optional SMS-consent checkbox on our booking form, you agree to receive automated appointment-related text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may book without opting in.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies and is usually up to 3 messages per appointment. Msg & data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and opt-out

Reply HELP for help or contact team@indivmedia.com. Reply STOP to cancel future appointment-reminder messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide a phone number that you own or are authorized to use and to keep your booking information accurate. The program is for appointment-related communication only and does not send promotional offers.

Changes or termination

We may change or discontinue the program when necessary to maintain service, legal, or carrier compliance. If the program changes materially, we will update these Terms and, where required, obtain fresh consent.
